Free Store was selected to be included in the “Flower Power” show at The Ford Gallery in Portland Oregon from May 5 - July 23. Following the theme of the Flower Power movement of the 60’s and 70’s, Free Store was inspired by radical acts of community care during the movement, particularly the Free Store in San Francisco during the Summer of Love in 1967.
